Do you have a post-divorce 'bucket list'?

The term “bucket list” has become such a cliché, it is likely that many people forget it came from a 2007 Rob Reiner movie starring Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson, called, appropriately enough, “The Bucket List.” The movie is about two terminally ill men who come up with a list of things they want to do before they die, then do them.

Most parents also want what is best for their kids, but they may have very different opinions of what that actually looks like.

What happens when a divorced parent wants to move out of state

In some ways, a divorce may never truly end, at least for many years. This is especially true for parents. As the children grow up, custody and visitation arrangements that were in their best interests when the divorce happened may no longer make sense. Or the non-custodial parent’s ability to pay child support may increase or decrease as his or her career progresses.
